Ir. Mohammad Razif Bin Hasan @ Mat Shah, is a 55 -year -old Malaysian citizen, born on 2nd October 1966 has been in the field of Traffic Consulting for 31 years since 1989. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago Illinois, USA.
Started his career as a Traffic Engineer after graduating from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago Illinois, USA. Perunding Atur Sdn Bhd was his first consulting company before joining HSS Integrated Sdn Bhd also as a Traffic Engineer for three years.
Haji Mohd Zahid Bin Abdul Kadir, a 50 -year -old Malaysian citizen has been involved in Traffic Consulting for 27 years. He is a student of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, was awarded a Diploma in Town and Regional Planning in 1992 and Bachelor of Town and Country Planning in 2001 both from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
He started his career in 1994 as a Transportation Planner at The MVA Consultancy Sdn Bhd for five years. Later, he changed his career as a Senior Transportation Planner at RSI Consultants for two years then continue working at Lingkaran Trans Kota Sdn Bhd (LITRAK) as a Senior Transportation Planner for two years.
Kamaruddin Ismail, a 50 -year -old Malaysian citizen who was born on 14th May 1971 has been involved in Traffic Consulting for 27 years. He is a student of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, was awarded a Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning (Hons.) in 2001.
He started his career in 1992 as a Transportation Planner at UTEG Consultancy Sdn Bhd for three years. Later, he changed his career at The MVA Consultants Sdn Bhd for five years and also at RSI Consultant for two years.
Runding Trafik MZK Sdn Bhd is a local Malaysian company that provides professional consultancy services in traffic and transportation planning for the government and private sector in Malaysia.

Later, he joined with MVA Consultancy Sdn Bhd as a Senior Traffic Engineer and served for ten years before moving Kumpulan Perunding Maju Teknik Sdn Bhd as one of the Board of directors of the company.
In 2007, he resigned from Kumpulan Perunding Maju Teknik Sdn Bhd and joined Runding Trafik MZK Sdn Bhd as a Board of Directors from April 2007 until today.
He received the accreditation as a Professional Engineer from the Board of Engineers of Malaysia in 2010 after passing the test and work experienced of more than 10 years in conducting Traffic Studies. He attended many seminars to further strengthen his knowledge in operating transport software. He is also often called upon to lead briefing sessions and share knowledge as a traffic speaker at government agencies.
From 1989 to date, over 500 projects have been led by him, and many projects have received approval from the relevant authorities.
After LITRAK he joined Geoplanners Consulting Sdn Bhd as a Director at for 2 years. He then decided to take the next steps creating Runding Trafik MZK in 2005. In 2007 Runding Trafik MZK became Runding Trafik MZK Sdn Bhd managed by himself.
At the same time he has strengthened himself with various skills and experience to further expand his knowledge in the field of Traffic Consulting. He is certified as a Member of the Road Engineering Association of Malaysia (REAM). He has shown a high level of progress to further develop the field in which he is involved.
Since his first year of conducting traffic consultancy work, over 500 projects he has implemented have also received approval from the relevant authorities.
Trusted as a Senior Transport Planner at Intelligent Urban System Sdn Bhd for 2 years. He decided to joint Runding Trafik MZK from 2005 to date as a Director.
